As you may have noticed, many of these trades were taken on the same day, but I have spread out the posts because I simply cannot write so much in one day. Looking back, I definitely need to trade less each day.

When extreme, trade

Looking at the image above, you can see that the price not only broke the previous low of the day but also went on to break the most recent low, which I have marked in the orange box below.

Here, the trap was set, and many traders who wanted to continue short would have been caught in the trap.

As you can see, I entered a stop order and very quickly made another +24 ticks.
